AMARILLO, PLAINVIEW, LUBBOCK – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a nine-property, 644,795-net-rentable-sf portfolio of Extra Space Storage facilities located in Amarillo, Plainview and Lubbock. 
The portfolio includes 1,237 climate-controlled units, 3,527 non-climate-controlled units and 18 offices. The facilities feature gated entrances, 24-hour video surveillance, steel roll-up doors, and paved drives.
Each property is well maintained, has a professional, on-site management office, and has consistently performed as a high-occupancy market leader.
