The new star in town… The Stella

​​​​​BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The first independent and upscale boutique hotel, The Stella, will open April 6, 2017 in Bryan.

​​Estimated construction cost of the six-story, 131,000-sf hotel, located at 4100 Lake Atlas Dr​., is $28.3 million.

Located at the epicenter of Brazos Valley’s Texas A&M Biocorridor, The Stella will be the center of the 200-acre mixed-use and master-planned ATLAS community.

The 177-room property, managed by Trust Hospitality, is adjacent to a five-acre lake, waterfront park, and observation tower.

The Stella will feature over 20,000 sf of meeting and event space and other amenities such as a fitness center, a resort-style pool, mixed-use outdoor lawn, and a restaurant and bar.
