DALLAS – Construction is about to start on the final building at the Old Parkland campus, complementing the classical architecture seen throughout the 9.5-acre campus. 
The 90,000-sf office building will be six floors at its highest point at the north end of the campus along the Dallas North Tollway. It will include a three-level underground parking garage.
The campus, which includes buildings that were originally constructed in 1894, has been extensively redeveloped throughout the years into an office campus with amenities totaling 334,000 sf of office space.
Construction is slated for completion in early 2019.
