PORTER – CastleRock Communities has been added to the roster of builders in Valley Ranch, a master-planned community near Kingwood.
Home sizes will range from 1,600 sf to 2,500 sf.
The houses will offer an optional two-and-a-half car garage, up to 12-foot ceilings and master suites on the first floor.
The Houston-based builder will build homes targeting first-time buyers in the $180,000 to $210,000 price range in the Azalea District.
