HOUSTON – Pre-leasing has started at Overture Tanglewood, an active-adult apartment community located at 504 Bering Dr. near Woodway Dr. and Chimney Rock Rd.
Overture Tanglewood contains 192 high-end apartments and more than 13,000 sf of amenity space.
Construction is expected to be complete by September 2017, but a temporary leasing center is open at 510 Bering Dr., Suite 308.
The community will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 701 sf to 1,432 sf.
The community also is within walking distance of Tanglewood Park and about a mile from the Houston Country Club.
