THE COLONY – The Colony’s Grandscape recently broke ground on a lifestyle shopping center within the 400-acre mixed-use development.
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway company is developing the project anchored by the largest furniture store in the U.S., Nebraska Furniture Mart.
A 300,000-sf sports store called Scheels will open in 2020.
Open or planned restaurants include Truck Yard, Bread Zeppelin, Hard Eight BBQ and Mi Cocina.
