ARLINGTON – United Parcel Service has leased one million sf of distribution space at 2320 E. Bardin Rd.
The new warehouse, developed by Exeter Property Group, is part of the fifth phase of the Arlington Commerce Center.
UPS has promised the city that it will eventually employ 1,400 workers in the new distribution center.
