DALLAS – A partnership of the Illinois Teachers Retirement System and Lincoln Property has purchased the 18-story Parkside Tower at 3500 Maple Ave. for over $100 million.

Built in 1985, the 378,000-sf tower overlooking Reverchon Park in Oak Lawn was recently renovated. Sellers Champion Partners and Building and Land Technology spent $10 million to redo the tower.

Parkside Tower is 75 percent leased. Tenants include Heritage Art & Collectibles, Zenta Business Process Solutions, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.

Eastdil Secured marketed the property.
