THE COLONY – Nebraska Furniture Mart-anchored mixed-use development Grandscape will soon get a retail-centric addition as developers get underway with a new lifestyle center. 

The massive $1.5 billion project—backed by business magnate Warren Buffett—will get the addition north of Nebraska Furniture Mart in the more than 400-acre mixed-use project in The Colony.
Construction on the lifestyle center is slated to within days.
Plans for Grandscape include a $45 million boardwalk-inspired restaurant district, a hotel and spa, a luxury movie theater, residential homes, office buildings and entertainment concepts.
Along with the boardwalk-inspired restaurant district, Grandscape recently completed on two multitenant buildings along Plano Pkwy. in between Bargain Way and Nebraska Furniture Mart Dr.
