RICHARDSON – Construction has started on the next phase of the $1.5 billion CityLine project. 
The Residences at CityLine will include 32 single-family homes just north of Renner Rd. Centre Living Homes has been working on the urban-style housing development for more than a year.
The project will offer homes starting with a 2,676-sf, three-bedroom model priced at $549,900.
So far, the community is the only housing available for sale in the CityLine project at Plano Rd. and Bush Turnpike.
