Upgrade to Highland Park Village

Building G, the three-story tower on Preston Rd. will be upgraded to include a 6,100-sf rooftop terrace, a 19,000 sf expansion to the third floor, and a conversion of 21,000 sf of office space on the second floor to retail, according to the Dallas Business Journal.​ 

William Noble will occupy the second floor, and additional tenants will be signed to the redesigned space. The shopping center’s valet station will also be relocated to the tower, which is being designed by OmniPlan.​
