FLINT, SMITH COUNTY – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Best Choice Storage, a 38,526 rentable-sf self-storage located in Flint, according to J. Michael Watson, regional manager of the firm’s San Antonio office. 
Best Choice Storage is located at 18949 SH 155 South.
Built in 2008 on 6.5 acres of land, with additional 4.3 acres left for expansion, the facility has excellent visibility from SH 155 and is only 8.5 miles from the Tyler Loop 323.
It is also just over three miles from the beautiful Lake Palestine, which offers 40 square miles of recreational boating, fishing, and a rapidly-growing retirement population.
