Rest of the story: Three Forest Plaza price

​​DALLAS – ​The 19-story Three Forest Plaza tower on the west side of North Central Expy. near Forest Lane recently sold.

According to the just released SEC filing, the purchase price, as amended, was $35,655,000, exclusive of closing costs.

The Class A, 366,549-sf high-rise was built in 1983 and remodeled in 2011.

As of December 22, 2016, Three Forest Plaza was 74 percent occupied by 41 tenants, including four roof-top tenants.

 The tower is in the Park Central office park at the southwest corner of LBJ Freeway and Coit Rd., according to a previous story in the Dallas Morning News​.
