EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) has released home sales data for July 2015.
- The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $130,000, down 3.7 percent from June 2015.
- Existing single-family home sales decreased 9.0 percent from June 2015 for a July 2015 total of 456 sold units.
- Condos increased in price to $113,000, up 41.7 percent from June 2015.
- Existing condo sales increased 6.3 percent in July 2015 over June 2015 for a total of 17 sold units.
