PLANO – Dallas-based tax services firm Ryan is headed to Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development. 
Ryan has purchased just over six acres on the south side of SH 121 at Communications Dr. The purchase closed in early March 2017.
The purchase agreement says Ryan cannot build a tower smaller than 12-stories or a building with less than 240,000 sf.
Ryan is one of the largest office tenants at the Galleria complex with almost 150,000 sf and still has several years left on its current leases.
