BEAUMONT – A new road, Brayfield, is underway which will lead to 30 new homes being built in the expanding Barrington Heights subdivision.
The homes under construction occupy more than 4,000 sf on an average 85-by-120-foot lot.
Three-car garages are common, as are floor plans accommodating five bedrooms, and four bathrooms.
On that new street, 30 homes will take root, 17 of which are already sold to builders.
Prices of the homes will begin in the $400,000 range.
