​​​HOUSTON – Downtown’s 811 Louisiana building has landed four new tenants.

The deals total just over 33,000 sf and include:​

  • Willis Towers Watson, 19,222 sf;
  • McFarland, 6,150 sf;
  • Midstream Partners, 4,433 sf; and
  • Booking.com, 3,362 sf.​
About two-thirds of the 26-story building is available for lease.
The building underwent a major renovation and re-branding after the departure of Shell, its main tenant, in 2014.​
