HOUSTON – The Carter has unveiled its most luxurious penthouse apartment units.
The luxury hotel-inspired tower, which opened its doors in late 2016, sits on a 2.2-acre site behind Chelsea Market Place, just south of US Hwy. 59.
The Carter is 20 stories, contains 305 units, and features five penthouse units, spanning 2,361 to 3,329 sf.
The penthouse units, which are still being finished out, are expected to open April 7, 2017.
Rents for the penthouses range from $10,000 to $14,500 per month.
The Carter is currently 25 percent leased and 13 percent occupied.
