​​​GARLAND – ​​​​​Langford Property Co. has purchased Raytheon’s former 60-acre headquarters with plans to redevelop the lot into an office and industrial park.

There are over 800,000 sf of old buildings on the property at the intersecting Jupiter and Miller Roads, some dating back to 1957. Demolition of those buildings are expected to start immediately.

The developers plan to build two office and industrial buildings totaling almost 800,000 sf. ​

JLL marketed the campus for sale, which was ori​ginally listed at more than $9 million.
