​​JV acquires three Keller apartment homes

​​KELLER – Fort Worth-based Olympus Property and Maryland-based Artemis Real Estate Partners have teamed up to buy 679 apartment homes in three different communities.

Stoneleigh Cos. LLC was the seller. It has already begun ​rebranding​ the properties under the Olympus name.

Effective immediately, the properties will be known as Olympus Town Center, Olympus Waterford, and Olympus Stone Glen.
