DENTON – Arrimus Capital has acquired Forum at Denton Station, a student housing property located at 201 Inman St.
The Class A property is near the University of North Texas (UNT) as well as Texas Woman’s University. UNT’s enrollment as of 2015 was 37,175 and is projected to reach 45,000 by 2021.
The 420,684-sf development features 14 three-story buildings offering a total of 1,044 beds.
The fully furnished units are available in one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts.
