​​​ARLINGTON – The 15-story Hilton Arlington hotel has sold to U.S. OCG, a Los Angeles-based ​​subsidiary of OCG China.

Built in 1983 near Six Flags Over Texas, the 210,000-sf, 308-room hotel sold for $46 million, according to Blank Rome law firm, which represented the buyer.

The property, at 2401 E. Lamar Blvd., has had six owners, according to the Tarrant Appraisal District. ​

Interstate Hotels and ​Resorts has owned the Hilton for the past eight years and will continue to manage the property.​​
