​​HUMBLE – A North Carolina-based developer has sold its Houston-area master-planned community and two other single-family communities in Texas.

The following communities were sold:​​
  • The Groves: a 993-acre community in northeast of Houston in Humble;
  • Belterra: a 1,600-acre community in southwest Austin; and
  • Wildridge: a 500-acre development in the Dallas suburb of Oak Point.
Funds managed by Minneapolis-based Castlelake LP bought the properties from Crescent Communities.​
