LEWISVILLE – Westmount Realty Capital LLC has sold Westmount at Vista Ridge, a Class A garden-style apartment community at 2241 SH 121 B.
The community, which was constructed in 2006 and 2007, consists of multiple three-story buildings totaling 270 units and 291,240 sf.
