Renaissance Center retail property sold

​​​HOUSTON – Williamsburg Enterprises Limited purchased Renaissance Center, a 97,279-sf, grocery-anchored retail center near the Texas Medical Center.

Completed in 1996 on nearly ten acres at 6102 Scott St., Renaissance Center is anchored by HEB. Other tenants include Taco Bell, BB&T Bank, Texas Department of Human Services, Watermill Express, and U.S. Renal Care.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Lionstone Investments.
