Co-working center one of three headed to booming…

​​PLANO – Another new shared-office center is about to open.

NewGate Development said that it’s opening a CityCentral Co-working facility near Dallas North Tollway in West Plano. 

The 36,000-sf office center is at 6010 W. Spring Creek Pkwy., just south of Legacy business park.

The co-working center includes private offices, conference rooms, collaborative office areas and meeting rooms that can be rented by single workers or startup companies. 

The shared-office center, one of three co-working projects on the way in West Plano, will open within weeks.

New York-based coworking office pioneer WeWork has leased 31,000 sf in the Legacy West Urban Village at the southwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Dr.

Dallas-based Common Desk is renting 27,532 sf in the Granite Park development at the southeast corner of the tollway and SH 121.​
