MAGNOLIA – Construction has begun on the 67,500-sf The Offices at Dry Creek, located at 28789 Hardin Store Rd. The project is across the street from The Woodlands with a Magnolia address.
The Offices at Dry Creek will feature single-story units with private, front-door walk-up entrances and surface-level parking.
"Unique to these modern office condominiums is Smart Office technology, which offers high-tech options such as fiber optic cable to provide lightning-speed connectivity. Moreover, the location is conveniently central to The Woodlands, Magnolia and Tomball," said Lewis Walker, sales director, TEV Dry Creek LLC.
The first model units will be completed by spring/early summer 2017.
Individual offices start at 1,350 sf with the ability to purchase additional units to comprise up to 8,100 sf, which can be configured to include offices, reception, conference, storage, restrooms, and a kitchen break room.
