Colliers 4Q 2016 highlights DFW office

​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Colliers International has released the DFW Office Market Report for fourth quarter 2016.

Included in the report are statistics on vacancy, construction, absorption, and submarkets.

According to the report, in 2016 there was:

• 320 million sf of office inventory;
• 11.4 million sf of construction underway; and
• a 15.5 percent vacancy rate; and  ​
• 630 million sf of absorption​.
