BEDFORD – American Motorcycle Trading Co. has acquired the former Star-Telegram Plaza.
The 37,796-sf office-and-retail building at 3201 Airport Fwy. has been vacant at least one year. 
The new site is expected to be up and running in summer 2017.
The two-story office building, built in 1986, is situated on nearly 3.4 acres with 349 feet of frontage along the recently widened SH 183 and just east of its intersection with SH 121.
A major renovation is in the works for the newly acquired structure, which has 29,142 sf on the first floor and 8,654 sf on the second floor.
