FRISCO – Texas Health Resources is planning a hospital campus on 20 acres that will be located on the southeast corner of the North Dallas Tollway and Cobb Hill Dr. 
The new campus will house a 74-bed, 325,000-sf acute care hospital, a 120,000-sf medical office building and a 90,000-sf multi-specialty clinic.
Frisco’s planning and zoning commission voted to approve a preliminary site plan for the new Texas Health Frisco campus, scheduled to open in third quarter 2019.
The new hospital campus will be its first in Frisco, though the system already runs a behavioral health center, a sports medicine facility and several freestanding emergency rooms there.
