GARLAND – Texas-based Henry S. Miller Cos. (HSM) is developing a self-storage facility under the auspices of HSM Hwy 66 Storage LP.
The site, at 1020 Hebron Dr., is on the southwest corner of its juncture with Texas SH 66.
It will comprise 77,000 rentable sf of storage space. 
Construction began in mid-January 2017, and units are expected to be available early in fall 2017.
Most of the units are climate-controlled and range in size from five feet by five feet (5×5) to ten feet by thirty feet (10×30).
The storage facility offers interior and drive-up units, state-of-the-art security and controlled access, and an on-site manager.
