DALLAS – New York-based DRA Advisors LLC has purchased almost 20 million sf of warehouse and distribution space in 21 U.S. markets—much of it in North Texas.
The 184 buildings were bought from Boston-based Cabot Properties.
The largest share was in Dallas-Fort Worth, which had two dozen buildings totaling 2.7 million sf.
The properties—in Dallas, Lewisville, Coppell, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Irving, and Grand Prairie—range from 20,000 to 550,000 sf and are 96 percent leased.
The largest DFW building in the purchase is at 200 N. Northpoint Dr. in Coppell.
Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale with Eastdil Secured.
