DALLAS – The Riviera at West Village apartments has been acquired. The 150,850-sf apartment complex is located at Lemmon and Cole Ave. near Turtle Creek.
In 2008, New Jersey-based Equity Residential Properties Trust sold the property for $23.05 million or about $156,000 per unit.
Built in 1995, the 150-unit community is across the street from the West Village retail and restaurant complex.
The property is in an area that’s redeveloping from low- and mid-rise to high-rise buildings.
The Riviera is almost 97 percent leased, with average rents near $1,600 a month. The property is near the Katy Trail.
