​​​​HOUSTON – The Morgan Group is underway on its latest Pearl-branded apartment in Midtown, which will be above a 40,000-sf Whole Foods Market.

The eight-story project is expected to open in 2019, and will offer 264 residential units.
The new development is at 3120 Smith St., occupying an entire city block across the street from the first phase of Morgan’s Pearl Midtown, which opened in 2014.
In addition to direct access to the Whole Foods via an elevator, community amenities will include:
co-working space
dog park and dog-washing area
bike storage room
Uber waiting room
sky lounge with a catering kitchen
fitness center overlooking the pool courtyard
outdoor yoga lawn
resort-style pool with a sun shelf, poolside cabanas, grilling stations and TVs
secondary courtyard
The development is also expected to be the first mixed-use residential-grocery midrise in Houston.
