New lady on the block, Isabella at Midtown

HOUSTON – The Isabella at Midtown, a condominium project located at 4001 Main St., has been launched.

The $42 million midrise project will offer 208 units with prices ranging from the $150 thousands to the $600 thousands.

Floor plans range from 420 sf to 1,880 sf and include lofts, one-, two- or three-bedroom condos, as well as penthouses with up to three bathrooms.

The building’s gated garage includes reserved parking for each condo.
