Dakota firm on Longview customer contact center

​​​​​LONGVIEW – Longview Economic Development Corp. (LEDCO) announced that a South Dakota firm is opening a customer contact center at 2920 Tuttle Rd. 

The center initially will employ 40 people.

LEDCO board members approved a five-year incentive deal with Total Card, which is a third-party credit card servicer in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Under terms of the deal, LEDCO agrees to give Total Card a $300,000 performance grant in exchange for the company’s $245,000-plus investment and creation of jobs in Longview. 

The grant will be paid over a five-year period, as Total Card ramps up from an annual average of 65 jobs before 2019 to an average of 200 jobs by Dec. 31, 2021.
