FRISCO – A 12-story, 300,000-sf office tower at 3201 Dallas Pkwy., will be the 17th office building to join the 162-acre Hall Park. The project requires $57 million in financing.
The nearly 2.5 million-sf campus is 95 percent leased.
Hall Park has lakes, trails and landscaping that includes more than 300 pieces of modern art.
Construction is underway on the new 17-story building at 3201 Dallas Pkwy., which is slated for completion by Dec. 2017.
At completion, it will be the tallest building in Frisco.
