CONROE – In Grand Central Park, a 2,046-acre mixed-use development, six model homes are open and available for daily tours.
Additionally, there are 56 homes under construction in the development, including several that are move-in ready.
The community is located at the southwest corner of the South Loop 336 and I-45 intersection.
While there are several residents already living at Grand Central Park, the community is slated for an official grand opening in the spring.
