AUSTIN – Amazon.com Inc. and Facebook Inc. both signed big offices leases in Austin during fourth quarter 2016, and both are moving into Domain 8—a 12-story, 290,000-sf office building under construction in The Domain neighborhood at 11601 Alterra Pkwy.
The leases were reported in the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank 4Q 2016 Office Report.
Amazon currently leases space at Domain seven nearby while Facebook’s dominant office in the Austin market is downtown at 300 W. Sixth St.
