AUSTIN – Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has released its fourth quarter 2016 industrial market report.
The Austin industrial market continued its strong performance through 4Q 2016, which ended with a citywide vacancy rate of 5.2 percent.
Although somewhat softened compared with 4.6 percent last quarter and 4.9 percent recorded in the same quarter a year ago, the vacancy rate remains well below the five-year average of 7.4 percent.
