SPRING – Avanti Senior Living at Augusta Pines community in Spring will be a 77,000-sf assisted-living and memory care community.
The $17 million facility is expected to open at 24520 Community Center Dr. off Kuykendahl Rd. and West Rayford Rd. in late 2017.
The facility is designed for more than 98 seniors with a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences—the complex will have a wellness center, an art studio, a theater area, a full-service salon and spa.
