DALLAS – Hartman has purchased the 19-story Three Forest Plaza tower in the Park Central office park.
Located on the west side of N. Central Expy. near Forest Ln., the 366,549-sf office high-rise was built in 1983 and remodeled in 2011.
The building was 73 percent leased at the time of sale.
HFF marketed the property for sale, and Southside Bank financed the purchase.
