AMARILLO – Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics has broken ground on a three-story, $3.8 million medical center across the street from its current Wolflin Village building.

Set to open in November, the 24,741-sf building will include a pediatric clinic on the ground floor and a combination surgery/orthodontic center on the second floor.
The top floor will remain open for now with the intention of leasing space to another business, but the pediatric center may expand if business continues to surge.
The new surgical center will have an independent HVAC system and hard-walled surgical rooms, qualifying it for accreditation via the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
The new building will also feature a four-story mesh light structure visible from down Georgia St.
Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics’ current location is at 2455 Wolflin Ave.
