PLANO – A five-floor lease, totaling 126,715 sf, has been signed by NTT Data.
That’s 41 percent of One Legacy West, which is under construction within the $3.2 billion, 255-acre Legacy West mixed-use development.
The lease runs for more than a decade. 
Global IT services giant NTT Data International plans to move its North American headquarters into Plano’s Legacy West as part of a major consolidation after the company acquired Plano-based Dell Services for $3.1 billion in November.
The IT services giant plans to open its new North American headquarters in early summer upon completion of the 14-story, 307,824-sf office tower at 7950 Legacy Dr.
The Japanese-based IT company plans to move 600 workers—including some new hires and relocations from other Plano locations and throughout the country—to One Legacy West upon completion of the office space.
