SAN ANTONIO – The Lincoln Heights retail center near Alamo Quarry Market just went under new ownership.
The 22.5 acre shopping center, at 999 E. Basse Road, includes an HE-B, Stein Mart, Stone Werks, Wells Fargo bank, and other retail stores and medical offices.
Bexar appraisal district assessed the retail center at $36.1 million in 2016.
BPP Lincoln Heights, affiliated with Blackstone, bought the shopping center from Alecta, a Swedish pension manager.
