The nine-building complex contains 276,000 sf of space at 5829 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. North.
Catering to small businesses, the center is 88 percent occupied and offers spaces from 2,400 to 12,000 sf.
Gupta Partners also owns the following local office buildings:
•10,700 Richmond and 3200 Wilcrest in the Westchase submarket
•2180 and 2190 North Loop West
•12,946 Dairy Ashford, Sugar Land
