HUTCHINS – A new 754,897-sf logistics center is headed to two adjacent land parcels totaling 41.53 acres at 1200 W. Wintergreen Rd.
Atlanta-based developer Core5 Industrial Partners plans to begin construction on a new speculative distribution hub
The Hutchins development site sits in close proximity to major freeways and the Union Pacific Intermodal.
The location also is near the second largest FedEx Ground facility in the United States.
Construction of the new facility is slated for completion in June 2017.
