Home sales Dec. 2016: Austin, Bastrop, Buda, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs to Wimberley

​​​​​​AUSTIN AREA – December 2016 home sales for the Austin area have been released. The list is ranked by ten or more units sold.

​The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $284,725 up 1.7 percent vs Nov-16.​
Existing single-family home sales increased 0.8 percent from Nov-16 for a Dec-16 total of 1,920 sold units.
Condos increased in price to $249,887 up 2.0 percent vs Nov-16.
