OPUS 2430 to play near Baylor University

​​​WACO – OPUS 2430, a 151-bed boutique student housing community, is underway on South 2nd St. near Baylor University. 

The 68,000-sf property will offer townhome-style units featuring granite countertops, washers and dryers and en-suite bathrooms, with an additional powder room on the ground floor of each unit for guests.

OPUS 2430 will include five multi-family buildings with a common’s (tenant amenities) unit, leasing office, fitness center, and on-site manager dwelling unit, according to TDLR.

Cost of construction is estimated at $7.8 million.

The development is expected to open for occupancy in fall 2017. 

Project team members include Bennett, Benner Partners Architects and Waco-based engineering firm Walker Partners.
