IRVING – Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust has sold a North Texas office tower as part of a $109.5 million, two-property deal.
CVS Health Tower is a 12-story, 315,000-sf office building at 750 W. John Carpenter Fwy. Columbia has owned the 17-year-old building for the past decade.
The other Class A building is SanTan Corporate Center in Chandler, Ariz.
Columbia has now exited the Dallas and Phoenix markets.
